Registration Info

Age Requirements

• Students must be 3 years old by September 1 to register for the 3 year old program
• Students must be 4 years old by September 1 to register for the 4 year old program.

*Children registering for our preschool must be able to take care of bathroom needs on their own before the first day of class.

Registration requirements:  

The following items must be presented when registering:

• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate – where applicable
• Immunization Records - It is mandated by the state of Pennsylvania that all children present documented proof of immunizations.  Please check with your child's pediatrician to verify that all immunizations are complete. The requirements are as follows:
  
  • 4 doses of DPT or DT (one dose must be given after the fourth birthday)
  • 3 doses of oral polio vaccine
  • 2 doses of MMR (measles, mumps rubella)
  • 3 doses of Hepatitis B vaccine
  • 1 dose of Varivax Vaccine (Chicken Pox) or proof by physician's letter of having Chicken Pox disease 
• Proof of Parent Custody (Where applicable:  Copy of divorce decree or court ordered separation agreement)
• a completed pre-school application
• a $100.00 non refundable deposit 

All students are accepted on a trial basis.  During this trail period our teachers will work to create an environment that will provide an easy transition from home to school for your child. However, if during this time, your child is frustrated, unhappy or not adjusting, they will recommend waiting another year to be part of our program.
