Registration

Age Requirements

• For Preschool, students must be 3 or 4 years old by September 1
• For Kindergarten, students must be 5 years old by September 1
• For First Grade, students must be 6 years old by September 1 

A student registering for grades 1-8 must fulfill the age requirement for the desired grade or present proof of completing a level in an approved program.  A mini-battery of tests may be administered to new students to verify placement.  Grade level and academic group determinations are made on the basis of school records.

The following documentation must be presented upon registration

• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate – where applicable
• Immunization Records - It is mandated by the state of Pennsylvania that all children present documented proof of immunizations.  Please check with your child's pediatrician to verify that all immunizations are complete. The requirements are as follows:
• 4 doses of DPT or DT (one dose must be given after the fourth birthday)
• 3 doses of oral polio vaccine
• 2 doses of MMR (measles, mumps rubella)
• 3 doses of Hepatitis B vaccine
• 1 dose of Varivax Vaccine (Chicken Pox) or proof by physician's letter of having Chicken Pox disease
• Proof of Parent Custody (Where applicable:  Copy of divorce decree or court ordered separation agreement)
