• JFK PTG Charity Bingo Night at Red Fox Winery - Thursday, June 5, 2025 - We hope you are ready to put an end to the school year and usher in the summer festivities with a night at Red Fox Winery to support our JFK Parent-Teacher Guild (PTG)! Join us on Thursday, June 5th for JFK PTG's Charity Bingo Night. Doors open at 5pm and games begin at 7pm - there is no reserved seating or ticket sales ahead of time so plan to arrive early to get a seat! We are bringing tons of things to keep the night alive...pizza, baked goods, snacks, raffle baskets, 50/50, and more! More details included in the attached information. Interested in earning volunteer hours from home? Sign up to donate a raffle basket or baked goods and pies and you'll earn a few extra hours towards your assessment! • SUMMER CAMPS! JFK will be offering 3 different Summer Camps this summer! The details for the first 2 - a STEAM camp with Mr. Miller and a Theater camp with Miss Janocha are posted on the Summer Camps page.
• JFK SCHOLARSHIP - Scholarship application forms are available in the JFK office for the 2025-2026 school year. Scholarships are available for rising Kindergarten-8th graders. The Federal Reduced Lunch incomes are used as guidelines for qualification although anyone can apply. All applications are due to the office by June 14, 2025. • $1 CANDY BARS - You have asked, and we have listened! Starting on Monday, JFK will be selling $1 candy bars again! JFK is partnering with the Philadelphia Candy Company to sell candy bars for $1. To begin our sale, we will only be offering a variety mix - 5 of each of the following 7 flavors: milk chocolate, peanut butter, crisp, almond, pretzel, caramel, and dark! Each variety mix comes in a bag and will be $35 (fundraising credit will be 25%). Once we finish our initial supply, we might make changes to the mix, but we are excited about the flavors that are new to us! Special thanks to Dave Hasson for the lead on these bars!
• VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! - Cafeteria and Recess volunteers are needed again between the hours of 11:00 and 12:40. Also you have to have your clearances to volunteer at the school. Dates still open for lunch duty: All Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays. Dates still open for recess duty: All Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays. • Knights of Columbus Mid-Summer Night Trivia - Friday, August 8, 2025 - It's that time again for the second annual Knights of Columbus and Catholic Daughter Trivia night. • RE-ENROLLMENT - Thank you to everyone who has already re-enrolled for the 2025-2026 school year. Open Enrollment (enrollment for non-JFK families) has begun. You must re-enroll your existing JFK student(s) to guarantee his or her spot for next school year.
• UNIFORM EXCHANGE - We have a lot of polos, skorts, jumpers, and pants (especially in the smaller sizes). Please email melhardy26@gmail.com if your child needs anything or send the form into the office. We accept back gently used uniforms that are in good shape - no holes, stains, faded letters or animal hair.
• BOX TOPS INFORMATION - Please see the flyer explaining how this program works and benefits the school.
