A Message From Our Principal
Let me be the first to welcome you to John F. Kennedy Catholic School! Since 1901, Immaculate Conception Parish has provided a faith-based, academically rich education to the families of Washington, PA, and surrounding areas. Our current students appreciate that proud history as well as the sense of community that supports them as they are challenged to develop their academic, spiritual, artistic and athletic talents.
Our school is built on a solid foundation rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ. We are committed to living out Catholic values and following Jesus’ example through prayer, service, and love.
We are blessed with outstanding students, supportive parents, and experienced faculty and staff. We are committed to working together with parents to provide our students not only with quality education but also a safe, positive environment in which to learn. Recognizing parents as the primary educators of their children, we value the relationship between the school and parents as a partnership. We encourage parents to take an active role in the education of their children by promoting student responsibility and helping students to develop a passion for education.
I urge you to consider John F. Kennedy Catholic School for your children’s education. Our low student to teacher ratios affords our teachers the opportunity to provide more individualized and engaging instruction to our students, as well as to focus on their social, emotional, and spiritual development.
If you are considering a Catholic school that will continue to nurture your family’s faith and spirituality, provide you with strong academics, and give you a true sense of family, then John F. Kennedy Catholic School is the place for you.
Blessings,
Kimberly N. Stevenson
